If I am not mistaken, the bullet rises to a certain extent and then drops.

If you zero a 995 carbine in at 25 yds, it will be high at 50, a little lower at 75 and back on target at 100 yds

That is what I have read anyway. :?
Did some more reading - I think you're right. Now, with the objectives for the gun in general, I guess I have to decide where to site it in too? Thinking out loud, got the toys for home defense. Got the 995 for breakout and longer defense, maybe dinner........ so I guess next trip we go after the 50-100 mark. This is gonna be fun - also knowing this now, I know to "aim high" at 25 yards (after adjusting of course).

After seeing several ATI 995 conversions on the forum, I have got to say, when you add a good looking shrould, home made or purchased, it adds a great over all appearance and balance to the looks of the 995.
Good looking guns, guys!

orders.......... here you go guys

www.milsurpstuff.com - this is our own Benny429's site. Got the stock, laser, light, bipod, and rails for a great price, and his service his second to none.

www.midwayusa.com - halo scope - great sale. Looks cool, I haven't shot it yet. Benny has some great scopes on his site too.

the shroud I got from www.moerse.com - a bit expensive but worth every penny once you see / hold it. very responsive to email contact as well.

Had no need to contact midway directly but their responses and shipping were spot on. The other guys were first class back and forth with Q&A.

Really a terrific experience.
Looks good! Thanks for the larger photos!
