Maybe, too allow the gun that much movement would rob a lot of momentum from the bolt and cause possible function problems. Maybe with +P or +P+ ammo it could be possible but what fun is it to bump 10 rounds, hell with the price of ammo I want my shooting to last as long as possible.
ha tell me about it GM. ammo prices suck.

I've been thinking about trying it sometime for fun but never gotten around to it. Might try the technique used by "poor mans machine guns"(see youtube), which is using a rubber band to aid in reseting the trigger, so you don't need to much movement.

The heavy trigger pull would be your only real problem.

I could care less about the cost of 9mm ammo, it is still reasonable. However, I dont see much point in bump firing since you cant aim well while doing it. The ten round limit on the mags makes it rather pointless as well, at least to me.

Give it a try, lets us know how it works out for you. I think the trigger is gonna prevent it from working worth a crap, but it will be interesting to see the results.
doesnt work at all. Dont waste your time. Ive bumped everything from a SKS to an AUG, and the 995 just doesnt work. FWIW the guys at the silhouette range call me "the bump king" cuase i dumped mags out of four different weapons in under a minute once.
