I purchased C-9 at Waco's Gun shop in Auburndale, Fl When I looked first time it was $150-160 range.. When I went back he was askinging $255. I thought it was because it was hard to get and I really wanted one. Long story short I paid the price. Now I wished I would have gone a different route. Last time I will deal with that guy!!!

I canceled my 995 order and went with the Beretta CX4 Storm 9mm.. WAY WAY WAY better than the 995.. but I LOVE my C9

The fit, finish, and appearance of the CX4 is better as well it should be at 4x the price. Also, you get reliable hi-cap mags, if you're unable to hit anything with [ONLY] 10 rounds. However, I've shot both, and the CX4 doesn't shoot any better. If anything the 995 is a bit more accurate.

I think if Hi Point had spent the time as they did on the pistols the carbine would have been alot better feeling.. I was able to get my storm for little over $600.. only 995 I could find ppl wanted anywhere from $235 to $300 bucks..

but on the 9mm pistol note should I buy the Comp 9mm that I found at a pawn shop for $129??? its a little worn.. sight gone on the back and the slide is loose as hell..

Buy it then send it back to hi-point. they will fix it good as new for fre.
