Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum. I've been searching threads and have tried many methods to fix my problem. The first 2 rounds of any magazine, I have 3 ten round mags and 1-8 round, always fail to feed properly and jam in the gun at a downward angle. The rounds seem to be catching on the lower front edge of the magazine when i push them out with my thumb against the rim with the magazine removed from the pistol. I have tried repeatedly to adjust the feed lips out at the range with some needle nose pliers and then shooting a round and they jammed every time. I eventually ended up with a bent firing pin and had to get a replacement firing pin assembly from the manufacturer. I thought this might have been the problem but now that I have the new assembly installed and I took it to the range the other day, I am still having the same problem. I haven't been able to shoot the gun for a couple of weeks now. I also polished up the feed ramp and the doll head and chamber it slides in, but none of these mods have helped the problem. I have seen a thread that mentions disassembling the magazine to alter the follower angle but I'm not sure exactly how to do that. Can anyone please offer some suggestions? I would like to be able to rely on this gun as it is now I can't. Thanks in advance.
