They are both great guns. Some people can't fork out a lot of money for a gun. HPs are perfect for me.

Wow....one of the guys in the comments refers to the HiPoint as a "lowblunt"; what a witty individual...or maybe just stupid.

Personally, I like my G17 better for various reasons, but I love my C9 comp as well, and I could have bought 3 C9 Comps for the $400 the G17 cost me. They are both good guns IMO.

I have actually had people come up to me when I was working and ask what glock I'm carrying. THEN look astonished when I tell em it's a Hi Point. BUT I like my HP any day over a glock. and I can out shoot a glock with it.

I've actually had that happen to me too. People mistake the HP for a Glock. Even cops.

I'm the same way, but I only have 1 Glock ATM. Definitely going to be adding more to the collection though.
