I just use whatever the commercial stuff uses.
1.13 up to 1.15 should work, and then adjust to match your powder and gun.

Years ago, before I started reloading, I found that my C9 would absolutely not feed Wolf ammo. The rounds would nosedive rather than feed into the chamber. I never figured out why. Maybe they were longer or shorter than what the gun liked? Anyway, I’m trying to avoid making a bunch of rounds that won’t feed in the C9, and I’m looking for some guidelines or problems to avoid. Thanks.

A lot depends on what bullet profile you use. That’s almost an impossible question to answer. Depending on the bullet I use my OAL ranges from 1.10 1.25.
