What is the best non threaded clamp on compensator for the c9 with an extended barrel? Since Hipoint is no longer selling pistol comps, and it's hard to come by a used one, and even on ebay want it for over $100. Anyone know of another compatible compensator for the c9????

What extended barrel are you talking about?

Do you mean the original COMP barrel? Or is there some other barrel out there?

The answer will probably be, “best” is relative. On the carbines, I always liked the Brass Stacker clamp on unit. No idea if that would fit the pistol.

Yes it's the original comp barrel. I've been searching for both the outer barrel diameters for the c9 as well as the carbine to see a match for comps. Because if I can fit a carbine comp on my c9 🤷🏽‍♂️ but thanks man. Appreciated.

The Hi-Point carbine comps barely stay on the carbines. When they're not actually flying down range. I wouldn't have much hope for them on a comp with that big notch in the barrel. Not to mention it would be ugly as shit.

OP, you could sell off the C-9 and buy one of the threaded YC-9s, and then time any number of 9mm 1/2x28 tpi brakes to it quite securely.
