Hello, I purchased my niece a Hi-Point Carbine Semi Auto Rifle .45 4595TSPI for Christmas and she live in California I thought I had all my bases covered as for legality. However talking to the dealer in California everything is compliant except the how the magazine is released it needs CA legal magazine release (Also known as a “bullet button” that requires a tool to release the magazine.) Anyone know if there is any kind of conversion kit or stock conversion that will give these a fixed magazine to be compliant with California;s absurd magazine law? Thanks
