Daughter just called me. Seems her neighbor was redoing their front porch. Cut the support posts, and the porch roof fell away from the house, taking the front wall with it. He told her he thought it would be held up by the wall.
Note to self...don't go work with that neighbor on anything involving heavy stuff, sharp tools, or things that require any of that there thinkin'...
#3 had me laugh so hard it brought tears to my eyes. Watching him dump that load on himself was just hilarious.
