Hi I'm new to the sight. My question is I live in Florida and I'm considering buying the 4095 and am wondering what this gun is classified as ( Assault rifle, rifle, pistol?) and if I need a permit for it. I guess you can say I'm a bit confused with the gun using .40 rounds. Thanks for any help!

a carbine is a rifle with a shorter barrel. It does have a pistol grip and detachable mags, but only holds 10 rds, which is what kept if off the nasty list in the 90's.

GET THE 4095 you'll love it

I'd love to but all I'm seeing are the 995's everywhere I go. It's like a needle in a stack 'o gun's! LOL

I hear ya. I lucked out when I called my nearest dealer. They'd gotten it in 30 min before I called and I haven't seen another one in the place since. They have a very short shelf life.
