CF380 Dry Fire

I have a CF380 and refuse to buy snap caps from my local gun store because they feel like charging $29.99 for something that doesn't even go fucking bang. Is it okay to dry fire once in a blue moon? I only dry fire on the rare occasion but I feel like I shouldn't be for some reason.

You can dry fire it to your heart’s content. Won’t hurt anything.

Dry firing is the fastest way to break in the trigger and work on your trigger discipline with HP firearms. These are centerfire handguns, not rimfire. You'll be fine.
