They have used AR-15's for $550 as well at that site. Is that a good price for a used AR? Looks like the uppers and lowers are all different manufacturers...
The price depends largely on the manufacturer. A colt will run you a heck of alot more than the same rifle by bushmaster. Busmaster will run you more for the same gun than an olympic arms or dpms. All are some pretty decent rifles. For what it is worth, I payed $715 for my DPMS and that includes $20 shipping and a $35 transfer fee. $550 is a stretch for a used frankenstiend rifle in my opinion, I would rather pick up a new Olympic Arms Plinker Plus for $599. You can always change parts later if you want. That is what is so freaking great about AR's is that they are completely modular.
