Today, a Colorado jury found Aurora, CO theatre shooter guilty of murder in the first degree.
Good! Do they need somebody to throw the switch? I'm available.
GOOD ! but now what are they gonna do with him ?
Hopefully the death penalty just my 2cents
You are talking about somebody that is mentally ill right?
The proof is already in the action, nobody in their right mind would do something like that.
Life without parole.
They put down mad dogs.
Holmes is no better.
I agree 100% take his life, there is no parole!
There's something about being an advanced society vs the eye for an eye we see in less developed cultures like the Arab Muddied East.
Apparently not mentally ill enough to be unable to differentiate right from wrong.
Dispose of him with extreme prejudice.
I would happily flip the switch, push the plunger, pull the trigger or whatever it is they do out there to send evil into the great beyond, on this piece of subhuman garbage. Then I'd eat a fine meal afterwards, and then sleep like baby (except for the peeing & pooping in my britches part). Evil should be swept from the face of the Earth. Not be given a lifetime of "3 hots 'n' a cot" and free cable TV.
Sadly, Swaga's method is actually cheaper in the long run than killing them.
Always amazing that anti death sentence people are seldom pro-life........ Tell me again about advanced societies......
We need to change the laws that anyone found guilty of murder with overwhelming evidence only gets 2 years to appeal then hang them!
Let's just have him aborted in the 110th trimester.
Hanging's too good. This big of a case, he needs to be thrown, feet first, into a wood chipper while they televise/youtube the whole thing.
Who are WE to see when life begins.....
It's not about vengeance, it's about justice.
The guy's insane, let him rot in a Psych ward.
The jury didn't think so.
That's not justice for anyone, not for society, not for him, not for his victims, nor for their families.
No. That's why they found him guilty. Otherwise it would have been something like "not guilty by virtue of insanity or mental defect" or whatever jargon they use these days (Cagney and Lacy is a good source for cop jargon, right? )
Peace favor your sword,
I agree, actually.
Not if he's been found guilty, he isn't.
Peace favor your sword,
Isn't it Utah that brought back the firing squad?
Seems like a reasonable punishment for me. Quite fitting actually
