Does anybody know how I can email somebody physically at high point to find out the status of a gun and to get information
Best bet is to call them first thing in the morning right around the time they open. We'll just assume you called them prior to sending it back and got specific instructions, like they tell you to on their website? And then you sent it to the proper repair center?

I did call them and I talked to Ron several times about fixing this problem and he told me not to worry about the paperwork just tell what is wrong with the gun on the inside and put on the package machined parts attention repair shop. One said the gun was too old to try to do parts swap out I bought it back in 1999 it's a c9

Then all you can do is keep calling. Way way back in the day they had a disclaimer on their site that said they were too busy working on guns to answer emails all day and to call in if you had questions. You used to be able to email their accessories people too, but they deactivated that as well after the word got out and people abused it. The only thing they want emailed to them anymore are resumes and employment applications.

You could try to sneak in through FB messenger, but that's almost never successful because the PR folks don't know squat about the floor workings and recommend you try calling them.
