:eek: So here is an email that I sent to HP regarding a problem that I have been having. And their response. Isn't it cool how easy it is to work with HP?

I emailed them this:

"Hi I have a C9 serial number XXXXXXXX. The slide lock only locks the slide back about 10% of the time after last round fired. Is there anyway I can get a new slide lock, slide lock pin, and spring?"

They replied with this:

"The parts will be in the mail tomorrow. Please visit our factory website at http://www.hi-pointfirearms.net."

I just sent my .45 back w/ a broken firing pin. Great attitude and commitment to quality, throughly impressed with hi-point

Well the parts came in today. I didn't have to talk to anyone... Nobody ever asked why or how? They just sent me the parts. I have to admit that is pretty dang cool! All from an email!
