    I have a LNIB (only 48rd fired) Tangfolo Witness 9mm, with 3 16rd mags.
I have an opportunity to trade even up, for a very clean Beretta 96D with 5 Hi cap mags. What do you think?

    What's Hi-Cap in a .40 caliber duty pistol world?

A full size plastic for a full size steel/alloy gun?

    I'd say do it.

    ProMags
No, actually the B96 ProMag is billed as a 20 round magazine,
I think you are OK here, Riddler!!! Melvin! :D

The Beretta is a much nicer gun, IMO.
I like the METAL Frame EAAs, however. This one is Poly, right?

Yes, the Witness is a poly frame.

Then get the B96! Great Trade!

SOME "Witness" models are poly, some are metal.
Witness Hunter is Metal ;) Full Size, Long Slide 10mm and 45 ACP

  12. Get the Beretta.
    Oh snap, I'm repeating myself.

Seriously, Melvin, what's to think about?

Steel frame over poly is a no brainer, and it is a Beretta to boot.

I like the Witness too, their steel frame ones are great, but the poly ones are fairly inexpensive compared to a Beretta so you could always just re-buy one if you miss it at a later date.

Well it would appear the seller checked out the Witness & is now asking for $$$ to boot. His 96D was a police trade in anyways. So I decided to just keep my gun. It would have been too good of a deal to pass up for an even trade. But I still love my Witness!
