I picked it up this weekend - there is a hell of a lot of good information in it.
Worth a look IMHO.

I picked it up at barnes and noble in the half off section ($10) but that was the only one there & must have been a mistake since they had full-priced copies on the shelf as well.
Amazon has them, worth the price, even full price.
Cody Lundgren's first book is inexpensive but priceless, (the one with 98.6 in the title) bare bones no nonsense, haven't read any others of his.
