I don't want to break the only .40 mag I have. I am wanting to swap the follower to the ProMag 15rd I have and visa-versa.

How can I do it without damage?

    Gracias! :D

Thin flat screwdriver inserted on the side of the mag, inside the plastic. Don't pry it out, just slide it in, get the tab out of the slot, pull the plastic down just enough to not re-seat, then do the other side.
    Or use two screwdrivers.
Here you can see the long slot in the base of the mag body.

I am still having the jam issues. I swapped the HP follower into the ProMag and the bullets are still nose diving and hanging up on the thin plastic piece on the front inside of the mag. The only cure I know is to shorten this by sanding it at the same angle and checking the height.

They also might be running the round to the left (looking from the top) a little. I'm not sure on that..

BTW does the charging handle move every time it is fired?

I am going to try and call Promag.
