Disassembly instructions?

Need to polish feed ramps on both my C9 and 45JHP. I bought some sandpaper and a punch, went to the forum to find the disassembly documentation, and....
Can someone please replace the sticky posts, or advise me as to how far I need to break these jewels down to accomplish this task? TIA!

Thanks a lot. That was a lot easier than I thought. Got two sparkly feed ramps now! Hmmm. Are there any ranges open this late? ;)
