I have 4 forums that i frequent: this one, the sig forum, the glock forum and the rimfire central foum, that's it. man when i come home after work there are 10, 000 posts at all of the other forums but this one which may be 10-15. I am overwhelmed at trying to read everything everone posts. also there is not a nice function like her at to "show new replies to your post" and "show unread posts since your last visit". i really ge overwhelmed as to where to start reading. now i am really a lurker on the other sites, but i gotta quit going on them when i get home cause it is crazy!! rant off

I have memberships at about 7 forums.

1) Two revolve around my motorcycle. I rarely frequent either one.

2) I am a member at one for an old muscle car I just sold this past January. I haven't been on that board in years, been a member since 2002.

3) One is for Audio/Video/HomeTheaters but once I got my "Dixon I-Max" completed, I hardly ever visit there. (7.1 at 1500 REAL RMS Watts baby, 10 channels total, one head unit and five 2ch block amps)

4) I just registered at HPTalk but only posted once.

5) I quit the model railroad forum I was a member of. (still into trains I just didn't like the forum)

6) THE HPFF!!

I like this forum the best.

This is the only forum I frequent with any regularity. I am a member of the Desert Eagle forum just for their reloading section, and a music forum I think, and thats it.

I know the feeling roadkill. Fact is I have backed off personally. I only frequent HPFF, it's actually the only forum i'd ever joined (and another briefly, after i got heavily into HPFF).

I have totally enjoyed the commeraderie & the insight others have to offer. But i found it was taking precedent over tasks around the house. Not sure where to balance it yet, but working on that.

Maybe this winter, when i can't get out much I'll settle-in more often with a cup of hot coffee & a ready keyboard. For now I'm slowing down though. Focusing at home. Nuthin personal againast any of the info, fun, or folks here. This is sure a great bunch!

I to spend most of my free time on this forum .. The other forum I pop into now and then is Beartooth bullets gun forum .. Its a very pleasant forum of mostly re-loaders and hunting riffles .. That forum is full of good info , but does not have the character of HPFF ..

i hang aroudn here the most but frequent the reloadbench and castboolits several times a week. i lurk arfcom and gunsnet once in a while too.

If I have their pistol I join their forum. Never know when you need a quick fix. I never join a forum with that itty bitty type, I can't read. The SMF forums are the best I've seen so far. I check 3 forums daily and spend as much time here as the others. 3 is about my limit.

I frequent here, nasioc which is a subaru forum, a private forum based on xbox360, movies, etc that me and some friends created, Rimfire central occasionally, and a few others. Without Forums my days at work would be alot more boring!

i have joined just a few forums over the years. but this one is the only one that i have actually participated in regularly.
the wife is on 6 or 7 biker forums,some more than others. she is wildchild on most, i know there a couple from her forums that are members here.

This is the only one I come to a lot. I joined a Taurus forum right after I got a Taurus pistol, but I haven't been back in a while. I browse a Cadillac forum when I'm doing trouble shooting, but I've never joined. I just hang out here because its a good neighborhood.
