so i have a mossberg 702 plinkster that got a crack in the receiver where the buffer spring inserts. its only 10 months old, and has less than 300 rds through it....suck. anyway, i emailed mossberg yesterday, no response yet....im calling them in the morning, should have it shipped out this week.

anyone ever dealt with their warranty dept?

I haven't dealt with the warranty dept but I can tell you this: avoid e-mailing them. It takes forever and a day for them to get back to you that way. Just give 'em a call. I assume you will have to pay shipping there and back.

im finding that out now, LOL...i emailed them the day i posted this thread....no replies yet, LOL. lame.
