About 10pm yesterday the girls were struck by a driver who was left of center. It was a headlight to headlight strike at a combined speed of around 80 mph. The oldest is cut and bruised. The younger is cut, bruised, and has internal swelling and bruising. Shout out to GRACO, who makes an excellent infant seat. The baby seems to be unscathed. He already has a follow-up scheduled for next week.

Your wimmen should be kept indoors.
    All of ‘em.
    For their safety.
They’re jinxed, they’re not all witches are they?!

The crown Vic served its purpose. Everyone walked away from a heavy impact. The damage to the passengers could have been much worse in a smaller car.

    Go buy them another one.

I'm with Swagz on this one. They all need crossfit shoes and a bus pass.

greg, my southern friend I've never met, I cannot help but be reminded of a line from a song from Hee-Haw - "If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all." Except, of course, that no one was seriously hurt (we hope) and machines can be replaced. Dragonsbreath hit it - Crown Vic protected better than a Focus would have. Continued prayers for your family

The one that should be kept indoors is the one that was driving on the wrong side of the road while under the influence.

The Crown Vic is a tank, and I do believe it would of been worse had they been in a smaller car. Both of them said the same thing. At impact, the Crown Vic just stopped.

  8. Old school body on full frame cars were great. Sometimes I miss my ‘94 Impala SS.

Pull and store the transmission as you know you’ll need it later

That’s a good idea....except the entire drive train is twisted.

Always wanted to move north. Maine, or maybe the Michigan Upper Peninsula, but the older I get, the more the cold hurts.:(

Damn, that truck needed some stronger engine mounts to deal with torque. The whole doggone frame was twisted like a pretzel as it pulled.
