I have a 4595ts and the factory tactical rail front under the barrel has a "bow" to it...Ive seen alot of pics of others and im not alone... Is there a way to fix this or is it something I have to live with, or will MOM replace it?

It's the one part that is pure rubbish. Try moving the front sight forward a bit and see if that helps. Don't use it for anything that requires precision or is expensive. Or do what most do. Throw it in a parts box and forget about it.

Yes MoM will replace it and yes your new one will suck just as bad.

Is there such a thing as a mount that will wrap the barrel and also hold a tactical light? kinda like a double (figure 8) scope mount/rings?

thundercroozer: I like some of the products, but $80 to replace a lightly bowed rail on this gun is insane.

Ebay. You can get a barrel mounted rail with 1,3 or 4 rails. It clamps over the barrel.

Honestly I cut mine in half, mounted my laser there and called it done. Had the same issue but always intended to use my laser there because it made the most sense to me.
