OK been wanting one for awhile. Ordered a new 995 from Buds Guns this week, will be in by wed. Cost 209+tax 221 out the door. Tell me is this good-bad-where it needs to be. Is everybody happy with theirs? I wanted a 9mm plinking rifle. What is the distance these will shoot and are they accurate. Is this a good tactical gun?

I bought mine, used, beat to hell, with an ATI stock, for like $75, but I got lucky.
LGS's (2 in town, another 3 withing 15-20 miles) have em for about $150-$200, so a little high, but its a good gun, you'll like it.
Was able to borrow a buddies since I haven't got mine back out to HP yet, I can hit a 8x8 target consistently at 100 yards with the irons.
And for tactical, with the ATI stock, you can do a lot with it. Red dots, grips, bipods, lasers, lights, you name it.
Just DON'T buy a promag, and don't listen to the guys who say HPs are junk, the day I borrowed my buddies at the range I outshot some rich kid with his daddies AR, just goes to show, the rifle can do it, its the shooter.

Bought my 995 used (the classic) with a comp on it. I've never adjusted the sights and really..REALLY..happy punchin holes in paper plates at 75+ yards. You'll be happy I bet. Have fun.
