Well at least for me it is good news. The traitor John Walker died in prison. I was serving when this traitor was arrested and the damage he did was incalculable from the briefings we got. I to this day feel they should of used the firing squad on him.

I'm surprised he just did time instead of a firing squad for treason.

Apparently in the deal he made he had to tell the Navy everything he gave the Soviets and how he got his hands on it. That did take a bit of time. Then I would of taken him out and shot him.

It was worth it to know exactly what was lost and what holes were exploited so that security could be tightened up.

At that point, the government has to follow through on their end of the bargain and let him live or the next guy they catch won't make a deal and will go to his grave with the secrets we really really need.

    Peace favor your sword,

Say, wasn't that movie Breach based on it?

  9. You are right but I would still have liked to see him dangle from the end of a rope.
