After having feeding issues that I could not solve myself, I sent my 380 to MOM to let them have a look at it. Got it back after about 3 weeks. The tech polished the slide, replaced a bunch of springs, reamed the chamber, and replaced the magazine. I took it for a test fire and it is working well. Very prompt and friendly customer service experience. Kudos to HiPoint for standing behind their products and making sure their customers are taken care of! They take brand loyalty very seriously.
