so I just picked up a 995 carbine I broke it down and did a detail clean on the ole monkey gun. Started to assemble it and noticed I never took out a guide rod with the recoil spring. Does the 995 have a guide rod?

I do not think the one I bought had one in there, I got a new spring and rod from MOM and put them in. The rod is plastic
