Today is Halloween. 7th anniversary for my wife and I. But as always I post pictured of our family pumpkin carvings. Happy Halloween everyone. Let's see your pumpkins and costumes.
OH targets they will be. I was thinking of suggesting a November match here. With who can make the most pumpkin gore. And who can shoot the smallest pumpkins. But I wasn't sure as we haven't had a match here in ages
lcback - You do excellent carving. That is real talent. Carving the pumpkin was always my job for my kids and grand kids for many years. I remember one day some time ago I was carving a pumpkin for my two grand kids. I tried using a fish fillet knife. Big mistake! The knife blade flexed, slipped, and went completely through the web between my left thump and first finger, that was holding the pumpkin, and stuck about 2" into the pumpkin. Fortunately, it did not sever any cartilage or nerves, etc.
Paring knife all the way for me. I've got them in 2.5", 2.75", 3", and 3.5" blade lengths. They came as a set. My boys carved pumpkins this year for the first time in years because we finally have a neighborhood where there are no hooligans.
Dressing like a princess with a baby dragon for Halloween has been done many times. Now doing it in front of an actual castle? That's not only impressive, it's extremely clever.
