Please adopt a gun in 2015 to give it a good and loving home. I just love going to the gun store and looking at all the cute new guns. They look so lonely in the case and seem to be excited whenever anyone looks at them. It’s as though they all are saying please take me, but then the very next one is saying no, no not that one, please take me home instead. Of course, responsible ownership requires feeding and cleaning as well as training. But that is all part of the fun of ownership. It is sad that some owners aren’t really prepared for the responsibility of ownership and have to give up their guns as they get older. Remember that older guns want to be adopted and loved too. Some guns were mistreated by their previous owners and hence have special needs. The sales people in the gun store can help you understand the needs of all the previously owned guns. After you adopt a gun, the first thing is for the both of you to do is to get familiar with each other, then you can introduce your new gun to the others guns that you have. They will probably even want to share the same place. I’ve never had a problem with any of my guns having problems getting along with any newly adopted guns. It seems like jealousy never enters the picture even though I may spend a lot more time with the newly adopted gun for a while until we are both really comfortable with each other. It’s as though jealousy is not in their nature and they realize that they will again be all be played with fairly and equally. If you have already decided not to adopt in 2015 because your plate is already full, then please consider purchasing some fun toys for your guns to play with and enjoy. Well, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Good List, "E"! #4 is a LOL, poor MooNZy is all worn out, and only 43 Here I am at 50, (going on 18 again!) and no signs of slowing... As for doing a good deed daily, that is all well and good, but don't stop at one! I find that I can stand myself a little easier if I'm sending out good vibes and kindness. People can stand me easier too Mr. Bull has a pretty good outlook, IMO
