Has anybody done up their carbine with AERVOE?
It looks expensive..
So my question is why?
I purchased these in coyote and od green
Was looking to see if anybody had some feedback on the quality
Preparation has a lot to do with the way a paint job comes out. Are you going to completely strip the factory finish?
no just looking for something that I can remove and repaint possibly in a different configuration or back to factory, in the high probability that I screw up.
There is zero reason to remove the factory finish. Just clean it real good, use an automotive degreaser, let it dry then prime and paint.
So got it cleaned and painted, how long should I let it sit before it can be back in action?
Thanks for all help!!
I wait 7 days for the paint to fully cure.
Much appreciated thanks for the info.
I thought alsacorp sold expensive paint
Here it is
Just curious as to why the front sight is backwards?
I've had them off for while and just stuck them on however I had them in my hand at the moment for picture, I noticed but didn't feel like going through the trouble to retake pictures. It'll be straight when I hit the the range again if I remember.
Very nice... Now for how well it holds up... It's got to be better in some way to justify price compared to home depot paint...
Ahhh I wish I had a picture when my wife thought it'd be funny to switch my scope for mbus on the Ruger American without me knowing until we got out to the range.
