so i bought a severely bubbaized chinese sks a few years ago....and im slowly turning it into a halfway respectable sporterized shooter. i recently read you could use a 995 front sight on a cut down sks barrel. so i did....but the barrel is tapered....and i tapped it a little toooo far....and snapped it in half. the site, not the barrel, LOL. im confident it will work....i just cant have it as far back as i would like without turning down the barrel a little more....

so does anyone have an extra front site laying around they might wanna come off of? or can they direct me to where i can purchase one new?
