Could you explain about the scoring system and how you ranked. I saw a 3/8 and 6/56, but I don't know what any of that means, in what you were shooting at, as some of targets had hands and others were blank, on silhouettes of human(ish) outlines.
Its an IDPA match (international defensive pistol association) scenarios are set up and your score is base on time and accuracy, 3/8 and 6/56 means I finished 3rd out of 8 on CCP (Compact carry pistol) class there were a total of 56 shooters/entry competing, so 6th out 56 with my 995TS. The targets with the hands on are non-treat targets, so don't shhot those, the plain ones are the bad guys. You can look up on youtube for IDPA good videos that explain more about it.
