really? because the owners manual showed it dissembled, so I thought you could

well if you don't care about getting it back together ever again lol then ya, a truck works great. nice and quick.
i mean disassemble :-[
It's not hard to do, but it isn't as easy as most. Just gently pry the floorplate off of the mag, the spring and the follower come right out. The floorplate kind of acts as a boot, it slips/snaps back into place for reassembly.
+1 Also remember which way the spring came out so you can put it back in the same way and when you do open it up be carefull as the spring wll try to fly out.It's not hard to do, but it isn't as easy as most.
