All this time I've been calling them Mose-in. Just like Moses, but with out the "es" at the end. But on TV the other day they pronounce it Mo-zeen. And again today I heard it pronounced Moy-zeen.

the shirt is correct. Sergei Mosin was Russian and according to every Russian that I have spoken with over these guns, they pronounced it MO-seen. Leon Nagant was a Belgian with French in his family tree. As with alot of Belgian names, there is a strong French influence so his name would be correctly be pronounced as Nah-Gon with a very silent "T" at the end.
