I've never actually measured any of my HP trigger pulls but I would estimate them between 4 to 7 pounds?

As far as making them lighter...... I never reccomend anyone without gunsmithing knowledge or experience to mess with that. However you can make it a bit lighter and smoother by polishing the trigger mechinisms with a dremel and polishing compound. But only if you ONLY use a felt tip and light compund to do so.
Messing with a trigger can be very dangerous.

That said, my C9 measured 9 lbs., using the bucket method. With polishing like Ape describes, I got it down to 4, and I've put hundreds of rounds through it since, dependably.
