I recently picked up an old camo stock 995 that was missing a few parts. I figured I wouldn’t ever find another one locally so I decided to get it. I called Hi Point today to see if I could buy the parts and they told me no because they were going to send them for free under warranty.

I’m a big Hi Point fan and collector and this really has cemented them as being my favorite gun company!

Yeah....It's crazy! Your money is no good, just give us your address, and we'll send what you need.
I got the camo green JCP pistol scales when they were new, I didn't buy the gun, I just called to buy the scales to p[ut on a black gun...same thing, no, we don't care that you didn't buy the gun, or that the JCP you did buy was used....just give us your address.

HP recently did the same for my newly acquired 4595.
They did ask for serial#... no worries there..
They did mention, in the conversation about 20 rnd mags, that an existing prob with promag 14rnd mags has been resolved.

I've only dealt with their customer service once and was impressed by it. I ordered some stuff for my 4595 and some Redball mags for my 995. They sent me an email that I didn't get because I only check it every couple days, so they called me the next day to verify that I hadn't accidentally ordered the wrong mags for my gun before they filled my order.

Thought that was nice of them.

When I got my used JHP, it had the ghost ring sight and no regular rear sight. I called and wanted to order a regular sight. They did the same thing. Free!
