    Hey guys
I sent my JC40 to Iberia on Monday
I just got it back today
They replaced the sear spring , reamed the chamber , polished the feed ramp , replaced the retainer pin , recoil spring and magazine spring
    Test fired with both magazines
Gave it a clean bill of health
    What service
Back to me within 1 week WOW

That's quite the makeover they gave it there.

Hehehe. You can use Windex or another cleaner that's approved by the manufacturer for your computer's screen.

    Sorry. Couldn't help it.

No you don't. You either have a JC or you have an Iberia. They're very different. If it has a slide similar to the JCP than it's a JC. If it has a smoother, fatter slide, it's an Iberia. But to answer your question, both are no longer serviced. If you send it in there a good chance you will get back a JCP.

Wonder if he ever figured it out?

Well, it still looks like before and after pictures of an Iberia pistol turned into an AR-15.

I wish they would build ARs or parts!

  11. A Zamak HiPAR-15 would be pretty cool.

If polymer works, Zamak should, too. I wonder what the weight difference would be.

The slide is the only major difference. Early 90's. Iberia is older. There's a couple threads around somewhere that can narrow down the dates.

Going all the way back to the original post. That seems a lot of parts. How old is the gun? How mush shoot time?
