Fox gets called out for ad relating to 9/12

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2009/09/18/networks-respond-to-false-fox-ad/

Maybe the producers of "Lie to Me" got relocated to the Fox News advertising office?

Yep FOX is busted on this one. As is typical of media though they get free coverage on CNN for saying CNN didn't cover them. lol

Edit to add:

Of course since you brought this up I looked at CNN's coverage of the day, funny how it was slanted that these were all nutjobs etc. Ah well. I watched Rick Sanchez's video lashing of FOX saying that CNN covers the news doesn't make it or "promote" it. hmmm.

"In CNN's coverage of the current battles between Israel and the terrorist group Hezbollah, CNN has provided a list of "aid groups" to assist civilians in the "Mideast crisis". One of these groups is the Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) group - which has been reported to have disturbing links to Jihadism and recently documented fund-raising links to US State Department-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) Hamas."-source Jeffrey Imm counterterrorism blog

2nd hmmm.

I'm sure you were just proud of your "coverage" weren't ya Rick? Not promoting it.

AMEN !! I really don't care for the Communist News Ntework
I was there, in Washington, on 9/12. The crowd attending was angry; at corruption, at lawmakers that see us as the *little people* (Biden in a speech), at an overreaching government, at transforming the USA into the USSA, at a Royal Congrass (yeah, I know how to spell it) and so on... But very little partisan side-taking, in fact, the overwhelming sentiment is that we need to replace the entire Congress and the White House.

However, all that said, this was the most polite, civil, event I've ever attended. I never heard an angry or upset person. In the press of all those people together, you could not avoid bumping, pushing, getting pushed, stepping on toes. But it was always, "Sorry", Pardon me", "No problem", "That's all right", just a lot of very good folks.

And thousands of clever, creative signs and slogans reflecting the concerns of "We the People."

If what CNN and the ex-mainstream media was doing can be called coverage then I will now cover the war in Afghanistan:

There is a lot of sand and angry people there.

Now I have covered the war just like these guys covered the Tea Party but I didnt insult any one so I even did it better.

Maybe if they had covered this even 5% like they did MJ people would have a better idea what is going on, oh wait forgot that's what they dont want. So when do the bailouts for these guys especially the newspapers start? I give it month or less before we see them with their hand out whining no one uses them any more and they are too important to fail.

I believe it's already started, nobama to the rescue = Fox and talk radio have an unfair advantage, they tell the truth and use real facts, how can the fringe media compete?? Please bail us out too!

You do realize you just put the coverage of all the former-mainstream media to shame with a thoughtful accurate report of what was going on.

ZERO arrests, wow how "dangerous" they must have been to cause the evacuation of the white house.
