I know that the problem is that the hole is round and the realease is square. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it. My mag falls out after about 4-5 round shot. Getting rid of it is not an option as it is very sentamental to me. I appreciate any help in advance.

Bingo. Jimenez inherited that stoopid design from Bryco/Jennings, and why they never fixed it is beyond me.

Back when I owned Jennings/Jimenez Nines, (I had six of 'em) one of the things I did was to get Bryco Model 59 mag bodies and modify them for my Nine. The Model 59 mag was a heel release, and had no hole at all. You also have to modify the mag body at the top to accommodate the last round hold open function. Then you put the guts from your Jimenez magazine into your modified Model 59 mag, and presto you've solved the issue. It's not that difficult, just take patience and careful cutting with a Dremel. Measure, take a little away, double-check, and repeat.

Modding the Model 59 magazine for the last round hold open: Measure the depth of the LRHO, cut some slots, and grind away. Pics below:

You're welcome. BTW, my first attempt, albeit very functional, was a real butcher job as shown below.
Best way to do it is to disassemble the gun, pull out the mag release, and scribe lines on the mag body so you know exactly where to cut. HOWEVER, there's a tiny spring that's a part of the mag release and it can be a real bear to get back into place. I used a spray tube from a WD-40 can to use it to position the spring; a small dab of grease on the bottom of the spring will hold the spring in place while reassembling. After doing this a few times, I got to be quite proficient at it.

Hey bro if the gun has sentimental values and you can't figure out a home remedy for a fix, I'd recommend taking it to a gunsmith and see what they can do because they have the equipment and the engineering skills to navigate firearm issues. They may do some modification to the magazine or modification to the magazine housing to keep the magazine from falling out. When I looked at the one that I own I noticed that there's a mechanism that's connected to the trigger and if that's faulty it may have to be replaced. But since Jimenez company is no longer in operation you can always go on eBay where some sellers have the entire kit to rebuild it. I hope this bit of information help you bro.
