I just have one question. In the box was a small bag of hardware that I have no idea what the purpose of it is. I looked over all the documentation and cannot find a use for it.

There are four pieces....

One is a fine threaded stud with threads halfway up and the head is flat. About 1-3/8" in length.
An allen-head screw completely fine thread about 1" long.
A small piece of metal about 1/2" x 1/4" (u-shaped) with a hole in it.
A slotted-head thumb screw (nut?) that fits the 1-3/8" stud.

Thanks!

Is this the U piece? It holds the 2 halves of the stock together.

Well if it's like the one I took apart the other night, those are just "extra" parts, lol. I have no idea what they might be for, but I do remember when I got mine the little packs of hardware were open so a few pieces were loose in the box, might be a similar situation. Anything missing on the gun itself, like receiver cover, u clamps or other what nots?

Must be parts of the new .45 ACP carbine that were accidentally dropped in your box in the factory! :grinwink:

(sorry- just getting tired of waiting for the 4595. I don't know what those extra parts are.)
