I’d love to see one with an optic on it. Until you do…I’m not trusting that bit of advertising.

Ditto!!

I believe they talk about the YC-9 and the "YC-10" in that video and somewhere in there they discuss the plates. I know it was a "couch/Shot Show" vid

Anyway you can see the attached picture of the mounting plates for the optic. I believe they said at the time of this video no one was sure if they would be included or if you had to but separately from HP. RMR plate (left) Picatinny Rail (right).

Picked up my JXP10 yesterday. Almost had to rent a U-Haul to carry it home; 49.8 ounces unloaded !!! This is the pistol they should call a canon. The top of the slide is flat rather than a raised rib like my HP40. There is no mount or adapter or any information included for mounting a red dot. The bottom picatinny rail is cool and the trigger pull tested at a low 4.5 pound average of 10 pulls.

Why are deer not permitted concealable handguns? They Canadian deer?
They don't need it because they are wearing kevlar.

Peace favor your sword,

My first impression. Mag will not drop free. Zero take up in the trigger, it nice. It feels like the grip is smaller than the JHP. It isn't.

I suspect the ODNR was worried about guys with 4" DA and 4 3/4" SA .357 revolvers who did all right, shooting at a 5-gallon bucket, from 10 yards, with .38 Specials, trying to humanely kill deer at 50 yards with .357 loads.
And Ohio deer are fat enough slower bullets can bounce off.

Probably. We don't have any restrictions other than don't use rimfire, but some of our whitetails are smaller than our dogs.

Germany has Fallow deer, we used to joke after running over something in the road, when someone asked what it was, that is was either a large rabbit or a small deer.

Knew a Pershing vet who hunted the little European deer w/ a machine gun. I asked him didn't that tear up the meat, he responded you just shot em til they fell down!

Good question. I wonder if the Safariland "long wide" GLS univerals would fit? Maybe the Orpaz?

There will probably be an Uncle Mikes that would fit, and I'm sure the tactical taco holsters will fit as well.

Is it bigger than a JCP/JHP? I don't even know.

Actually, I would bet it's foot print is just a tad larger than those. I believe it weighs like 6 ounces more too.

The Orpaz fits the other HP models, can't see it being much different than the JHP.

Omnivore should work too if you put a light on it!!!

Also, doesn't omnivore have a Holster that uses an adapter instead of light? I don't have, but that would prolly work too.
