    I agree!!! My wife, granddaughter (almost 15) and I moved here almost 4 years ago now and just love it!

    That particular photo above is Tripod Peak that sits at 8086 ft (2465 m). The last remnants of visible snow (ice) disappeared about 2 weeks ago..... Our house is about 4900 feet. :cool:
