I was a member of the TRA (Tennessee Republican Assembly) with this gentleman. Richard Archie is a no bullshit attorney. Him, and 60 more of us were booted from the TRA when there was a Soviet style convention to elect new officers. A story for another time.
This video points out the anti 2A Republican governor's unconstitutional behavior. Bill Lee talks about how he is for the 2A. He's full of shit. We do not have constitutional carry. Although we can legally carry without a permit. There is another law that is called "intent to go armed" that you can be charged with even if you have a carry permit.
