try the search feature. Holsters have been posted to death. THere should be some useful info there. Also do a google for military style holsters. Several places will come up that have some. You may have to give them a few measurements from your gun if you get someone who is unfamiliar with HP.

Holster I like

I picked up one of these at the gun show that I was at and bought my 45 yesterday. I had my new purchase with me so I was able to make sure the fit. This holster is the bee's knee's baby. Slides in nice and easy, adjustable strap on the top to hold it in securely. The belt loops adjusts nice and the thigh straps have a soft grippy material on the inside to help hold it in place and it holds an extra mag right on the front. Available lefty and righty. And it only cost me 20bucks.

The only time I plan on using a holster with my 45 is in an occasion where I want it to be very obvious to everyone that I have it.

They've got a slew of other holster designs too. And if the one I have is any indication, they are very well made. Basic, but well made.

Best Holster

I have a Hi-Point .40S&W I've tried a number of holsters. The best one I've found is a Fobus.

Fobus, Hi-Point 45 Holster

Hi Point 45, Introducing the new FOBUS Evolution (E2) Series Hi Point 45 Holster. The E2 series is the next step in the evolution of holster development. A tension adjustment screw is incorporated to allow the user to customize the ease of presentation and the security of retention, functioning with the proven FOBUS passive retention design. Paddle
