Anyone having trouble keeping the front sight base on their carbine tight to the barrel? I've tried Loctite to no avail. I ended up overtightening the two grub screws and split the sight base. I tried to purchase one from MOM but like usual, MOM refused payment and sent me one for free:D. I like the 4595 carbine but this is driving me nuts. The sight usually works loose after about 1 box/50 shots.

I use fingernail polish on my front sight screws. Not only do I put fingernail polish on the threads I put it on the barrel so the front sight is glued on. Make sure to use a scribe to make an alignment mark before you do anything. I made an alignment mark on my new 995TS once I got it sighted in properly.
