Just found out that a friend and former co-worker, Bob Levett, passed away in his sleep last Thursday.

I taught him in his Ohio CCW class. In fact, his asking was one of the reasons I got my Handgun Instructor cert.

Just 1.5 weeks ago, he was asking my advice about changing jobs to work on the same contract with me again.

That stuff happens fast. I never cease to feel gut punched when someone I just talked to ends up having an untimely demise a short bit later. It doesn't feel real.
