Good stuff, grew up frying rc so always had a fondness of great planes. Lots of good stories about A-10s too.

There was a really good video on youtube about this israeli pilot who landed an f-16 or f-22 with one wing.

It's amazing what people used to be able to do using only their mind's eye and basic measuring tools, love getting on youtube and watching videos of old machinery and things people have built in their sheds manually machining things.

The kneeslider is more motorcycle oriented, but has tons of stories about people building things like scratch built engines, from casting their own cases to using a bunch of dirtbike cylinders to build radial engines, lots of interesting engineering out there.
