A friend wants to buy my M&P40 FS. I don't sell guns. But I looked at the M&P 45 $500 at my LGS and told my Friend he could have it for $525 he said yes so it looks like I will finally sell one of my babies and get another. Happy but sad.

Not really that's what I told him I'd. Sell it for wasn't thinking he'd take it

I'm starting to have my doubts about that ocean front property in Arizona too.... I think I'll pass on that for now.

He's LEO but not real smart. He sold his Glock and didn't have a weapon for work so he has been borrowing his wife's gun. Plus I told him I did a fluff and buff and thats a $80 job. which is what we do at gun shows for the mall ninjas

  14. I will never give up my M&P40fs. I've shot the M&P45 and didn't like it. It's too light weight of a gun for .45. When I go to the range, it's rare I shoot less than 150 rounds. Typically 200. With the .45, my palm and wrist hurt after 30 rounds. If I ever get a .45, it'll be metal.

Has anyone else had issues with the M&P 45?

I looked at the M&P 45 and really don't like the trigger. Felt gritty and not quite right. Apex has a replacement trigger for it that everyone says is great.

I heard that the Apex trigger gives it the Glock's beautifully clean-breaking and positively-resetting trigger. I also just made that up.:p
