So what would cause my mag to not stay in my JA-NINE?

Little more detail would be helpful. What is it doing - exactly? Does it seat, then fall out when it's fire? Will it not seat at all?

It might be that the magazine release is worn. Its made inexpensively. It might be that the magazine hole is damaged. See if it keeps happening with different magazines. Is it a heel magazine release or a "modern" frame mounted one?
