If you have a magazine that doesn't work in your gun (and you know it is not the gun, because the OTHER mag you have works fine), will Hi Point let you exchange just the mag for a good one? I've tried compressing the spring by leaving it loaded and adjusting the feed lips, etc. Not interested in wasting anymore time trying to fix it. Just want to try my luck with a new one.

Does Hi Point do this? I can't imagine why they wouldn't...

If they made it they'll stand behind it just pick up the phone and give em a call you may not even have to send that one in.
